This project in West Columbia, South Carolina was a comprehensive site and structural improvement project, which included a new bridge to replace failing culverts restoring access across Hunts Pond, construction of a 6,000 sf maintenance facility, and an 1,800 sq restaurant deck with ADA-compliant access. Scope also included foundation certification and redesign of the Pro Shop with a vaulted ceiling, along with documentation and engineering support for incidental construction repairs.

This commercial project in downtown Columbia, South Carolina focused on the mix of adaptive reuse in transforming the historic Barringer Building from existing office space into seven residential units. This project balanced structural components while balancing challenges centered on preserving historic characteristics of the building.

This Lake Murray project in Chapin, South Carolina involved repairing storm-related failure of a large gable wall, which was compromised by original design and construction deficiencies. Retrofitting the gable wall, vaulted ceiling, and rear deck while preserving original window details were all components of this residential engineering project.
